Fees

We are completely different to other companies, most other companies will charge a percentage of the properties rental income ranging from 8-17%.

We don’t, we will give you a price after inspecting the property, which we know will be considerably lower. We will provide you with a full transparent list of services leaving you with more income from your investment.

Maintenance Issues

We have our own in house team of English speaking tradespeople who have worked with Abbington for a long time and they treat every property as if its their own. We will be on call 24 hours a day, including Christmas Day.

Options

We give all of our clients two options,

  • If an issue arises, ie a leak, boiler breakdown, or even a simple door handle issue we contact the client first and give a price to fix the issue. If the client is happy with the price, we would then proceed
  • If an issue arises, we don’t contact the client. We just sort the issue out quickly, without hassle to the client or tenant. We then send a statement showing the repairs carried out along with the cost in that period. This suits a client that is maybe overseas or is busy and doesn’t want to have to deal with each individual issue. The client trusts us to sort out the issues economically.
